Terms and Waiver
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms explain purchases, memberships and participation requirements offered through tracyskenpolegacy.com, operated by Tracy’s Kenpo Legacy LLC. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Tracy’s Kenpo Legacy LLC unless a different instruction provider is expressly identified before booking.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Training requires a separate participation agreement. Visiting this page or buying merchandise does not replace a participant’s signed agreement.
Questions can be sent to info@tracyskenpolegacy.com.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 to create a purchase account or enter into a purchase agreement with us. Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Private instruction is currently available to adults aged 18 and older. Contact us before arranging online participation for a minor. Eligibility and any guardian permission requirements must be confirmed before that minor participates.
The Discover the Art membership provides access to the video trainings and live instruction. Any changes to the live class schedule will be communicated to members.
The membership does not include private instruction, a guaranteed belt rank, testing or certification unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Learning outcomes depend on factors including participation, practice and individual circumstances.

Membership prices and renewal
The current membership options are $39.99 per month or $431.89 per year, in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Your plan automatically renews at the billing frequency you select until you cancel. The charge amount, frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method are presented before you agree to recurring billing.
We will provide a purchase confirmation and any renewal or change notices required by applicable law. If pricing or other material subscription terms change, we will give the required notice and obtain consent or provide cancellation and refund rights as required by law. A revised website page does not, by itself, authorize a new charge amount.
Canceling a membership
You can cancel future membership renewal through your account’s subscription controls. Cancel before the next renewal charge to avoid that charge. Your confirmation or account subscription details identify the relevant renewal date. If you cannot access the cancellation controls, email info@tracyskenpolegacy.com for help.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your membership access normally continues through the period already paid for. Deleting an account, stopping attendance, or leaving a Zoom session is not the same as canceling a subscription.
Membership charges are generally nonrefundable once the paid period begins, including if you do not use the content or attend a class. This does not limit a refund or other remedy required by law, or correction of a verified billing error. Please contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Use of membership content
Membership access is for the enrolled participant’s personal use. Do not share login credentials, distribute paid videos, resell access, or copy, publish, or commercially use our materials without permission. We may suspend access while investigating unauthorized sharing, fraud, or other serious misuse, subject to applicable law and any required remedies.
Private instruction
Private instruction is offered in Yorktown Heights by appointment. Current pricing is $150 for one hour or $1,350 for a package of ten one-hour sessions. Any applicable taxes or other agreed charges will be disclosed before payment.
An inquiry does not reserve an appointment. Before payment, your written booking details will identify the price, scheduling arrangements, cancellation and rescheduling rules, any no-show charges, any package expiration, and applicable refund terms.
Merchandise purchases
Merchandise shipping, return, and order-issue rules are explained on our Shipping and Returns page at tracyskenpolegacy.com/shipping-returns. Review the product description and size information before ordering. Product availability and the final purchase price are confirmed at checkout.
Training risks and personal responsibility
Martial arts training involves physical exertion, repetitive movement, balance changes and, when practiced with another person, physical contact. Injuries can occur. Online instruction also limits an instructor’s ability to observe your surroundings, physical condition and technique.
Choose a suitable practice area, use appropriate equipment, follow instructions, and work within your abilities. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom. Seek appropriate medical help. Instruction is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before training if you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Physical contact requires willing participation. Communicate your boundaries and stop an exercise if consent is withdrawn. Silence is not consent. Do not practice contact techniques, joint locks, throws, or strikes with an unwilling or unprepared partner. No technique can guarantee protection in a real confrontation.
Respectful participation and recording
Follow instructor directions and communicated safety rules. Harassment, threats, unsafe conduct and unauthorized recording or distribution of classes are not permitted. We may stop an activity or restrict participation when needed for safety or to address serious misconduct.
Do not record another participant or instructor without permission. Permission to use identifiable material in advertising or promotion is requested separately and is optional.
Our materials
Website text, videos, images and other materials are owned by us or used with permission. Your purchase gives you the access described in the offer; it does not transfer ownership of the materials. Nothing here limits uses that applicable law permits without our permission.
Privacy and applicable law
Our Privacy Policy at tracyskenpolegacy.com/privacy-policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms are governed by New York law, subject to any consumer protections or other mandatory laws that apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, removes a statutory right, or restricts a remedy where the law does not allow that restriction.
Changes and contact
The terms presented when you purchase apply to that purchase, subject to any lawful change process described here. We may revise terms for future purchases. For ongoing memberships, material changes will be communicated as required by law. Updated language does not retroactively release an existing claim.
Contact Tracy’s Kenpo Legacy LLC at info@tracyskenpolegacy.com for questions about these terms, purchases, or participation requirements.
