Discover the Art combines traditional Kenpo instruction with detailed explanations of the principles behind each movement. Begin with the foundations, practice through lessons organized by training level, and deepen your understanding through live instruction.
How IT WORKS
1. PORTAL ACCESS
After you’ve created an account and purchased the membership, you’ll get access to the student portal where you’ll find all your training materials.
2. train online
Video lessons are organized by belt. Each belt includes a series of techniques; you’ll watch the demonstration first, then get an explanation video. This process repeats for each technique.
3. Refine with gary
Join weekly classes with Gary and fellow members for deeper instruction. This is also your opportunity to ask Gary any questions.

Gary Gione
Gary Gione is a 10th Degree Red Belt in Tracy’s Kenpo, awarded by Al Tracy. He served 20 years with the NYPD and founded Elite Defensive Tactics Martial Arts Academy in 1995.
